Over the years, we received many emails of customer’s reflow oven builds. These builds are just too awesome to be kept to ourselves. By posting your setup image, we hope it could inspire others to build their own reflow oven and start reflowing SMD PCB!

Reflow Oven Build by Keith. Excellent and detailed wiring diagram by Keith!

Uses the Tiny Reflow Controller.
Note: The oven’s original temperature controller and timer have been removed and the heating elements wired directly across the incoming Active and Neutral. The elements were already series connected as two pairs, top and bottom.

What is the orange in the Target toaster oven? Is that Kapton tape? Why just front and back?
