Description
We got a lot of request to make a 5 V version of our popular Mini Ultra 8 MHz board that runs at 3.3 V. If you need to operate at 5 V off batteries, this is the board is for you. Works great with our Arduino compatible low power library to allow flexible low power management of the board.
Specifications:
- Compatible with Arduino IDE using “Arduino Pro Mini 5 V 16 MHz” as the board option
- Microcontroller – ATmega328P-AU
- Clock – External ceramic 16 MHz resonator
- Operating voltage – 5.0 V
- Low quiescent current (40 μA) on-board 5.0 V 450 mA boost regulator (with a 4.2 V input power)
- Ultra low power – Minimum 45.0 μA in power down mode (with a 3.6 V input power)
- External DC source range – 2.3 – 5 V:
- Suitable for battery operation (example: 2×1.5 V batteries, 3.6 V Lithium-Ion/Polymer)
- Indicator LED connected to digital pin 13 through a MOSFET
- FTDI 6-pin header
- Emphasis on low noise design approach:
- Analog reference voltage with LC filter
- Digital pins (D0-D13) breakout on 1 side of the board
- Analog pins (A0-A7) breakout on 1 side of the board:
- Analog pins A6 & A7 are pure analog input pins only
- 600 mil in between 2 breakout headers – suitable for breadboard usage
- Dimension – 18.41 mm x 39.37 mm (0.725″ x 1.55″)
- RoHS compliant – Yes
